The ERJ 140 airplane model has a wingspan of 17 inches (43.18 cm) and a fuselage measuring 16.4 inches (41.65) in length, exactly 1:72 of the jet itself. Each of the models is handcrafted to great detail from top-quality fiberglass. Fiberglass recreates the look of an airplane much more effectively and reduces weight without sacrificing durability.

Our dedication to durability extends to the details as well, using only high-grade paints and decals to eliminate the fading and discoloration that plagues our competitors' models. FREE SHIPPING and a sleek wooden stand to display the model will be included with each order. All the models come encased in an official Embraer box and will be delivered to your home within 7-10 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request. Contact us at customerservice@regionaljetmodels.com with any questions or requests for airplane models not currently featured on our site.

Airplane Statistics

The ERJ 140 shares many of the same characteristics with the 135 and 145 while having a slightly larger passenger capacity to that of the 135 along with a larger range capability. Unlike the 135 and 145 which have sold heavily across the globe, the primary customers of the 140 have been within the United States with 94 firm orders from US airlines. The 140 can transport up to 44 passengers about 3000km. Embraer expects the future of the 140 to be bright with projections of up to 750 jets sold almost exclusively to the United States. Popular carriers for the 140 model include Mesa, Chautauqua, American Eagle, and Continental.
